Hey, Come close lemme whisper to you. Udara aka agbalumo out🥳 My friend that just returned from village brought me some and I ate all so fast before I recalled to take photos. They were so yum that I ate the back and used it to make chewing gum like primary school days 🤣 So they bought some today from my local bush market and here is the delightful photo🤣 but sadly the ones I tried are so “slapping mouth” that It takes the bold to use it toake chewing gum. Do you know that Udara is a great source of calcium. This fruit can give you up to 10% of your required daily calcium intake. Per 100g of this fruit, you can get 25g of Vitamin C. The cotyledons on the leaves are helpful in treating vaginal infections. This treatment is commonly done in the western part of Nigeria. So I want to ask o! How are you guys able to pick sweet Udara from the ‘slapping mouth’ ones? Pls share your tips on how to pick sweet Udara in comments below. I’d be reading and learning biko
