Below are my fasting routines: ☀️ I fast 12 hours daily (I stop eating 8pm most days and start eating 8am daily after my morning workout) N.B I found that workout in the mornings suits my body type and then my exercises are very targeted- I don’t body crush, this helps my body utilize stored glucose to burn fat after which I do my refreshing post-work out breakfast. ☀️I do 24hours mostly weekly(Sunday Supper to Monday Supper) /monthly (Joining my local assemblys monthly fast helps to do this monthly) Last meal of the month is Supper/dinner on a Saturday and next meal is supper/dinner next day Sunday. ☀️48-72 hours quarterly or yearly (Joining my local assembly on 3 days fast helps me make this a routine- I also use some of these fasting times to support the body’s detoxification with my herbal teas and homemade vitamin electrolytes.
